Single Plan: ¥220,000 (tax included)
Twin Plan (2 participants): ¥420,000 (tax included)
Same price applies if one of the participants is an observer.

This resort-style hotel is located in Shonan International Village, just a 55-minute drive from central Tokyo.



ACCESS

Access by Car
It takes approximately one hour to reach Shonan OVA from central Tokyo by car.

The hotel is about 10 minutes from the “Zushi IC” exit on the Yokohama-Yokosuka Road or the Zuyo-Shindo Road.

Free parking is available at the hotel (reservation required).

The parking lot will be available for use from 1:30 PM on September 6 to 2:00 PM on September 7.

Access by Public Transportation
■ For those using JR Zushi Station

From JR Zushi Station, you can take either the free hotel shuttle bus (advance reservation required) or a local bus.

Local Bus: From Zushi Station Bus Stop (platforms ZU-16 or ZU-26), take a bus bound for “Shonan Kokusai Mura Center”, get off at “Shonan Kokusai Mura Magonzawa Choseichi” stop, then walk about 4 minutes.

Shuttle Bus (ZU-2): Board the shuttle heading to “Shonan Sajima Nagisa-no-Oka”, get off at “Shonan Kokusai Mura Magonzawa Choseichi” stop, then walk about 4 minutes.

■ For those using Keikyu Shin-Zushi Station
From Keikyu Shin-Zushi Station, you can also take the free hotel shuttle bus (advance reservation required) or a local bus.

Local Bus: From Bus Platform 1 at Keikyu Shin-Zushi Station, take a bus bound for “Shonan Kokusai Mura Center”, get off at “Shonan Kokusai Mura Magonzawa Choseichi” stop, then walk about 4 minutes.

Note: After getting off at “Shonan Kokusai Mura Magonzawa Choseichi”, walk with the FamilyMart on your left-hand side.
After approximately 4 minutes, the hotel will be on your right.

Cancellation Policy

  • ① Application to Reservation Confirmation Process

    1. Submit your application via the registration form.

    2. After confirming available seats, we will send you a provisional reservation notice (including payment instructions) if seats are available. If the event is already full, you will be notified by email that you are on the waiting list.

    3. Please make your payment by the specified deadline in the payment instructions.

    4. Your reservation will be confirmed once payment is received.

    5. In case of cancellations, we will contact waiting list applicants in order. 

  • ② Cancellation Policy

    ＊Please note that cancellations after payment (confirmation of final reservation) are non-refundable under any circumstances. ＊If you wish to have someone attend on your behalf, please contact the event office for assistance.

  • ③ In the event of cancellation due to circumstances on the part of the organizer

    In the event that the event is canceled due to natural disasters, unforeseen accidents, or other circumstances on the part of the organizer, we will offer either a full refund or the option to reschedule to a new event date.

  • ④Other

    *Please note that in the case of absence due to personal reasons, we will not be able to provide materials or individual follow-up at a later date.

FAQ

  • "I can't play the guitar, but can I still participate?"
     

    **This camp is intended for participants who play the guitar. Beginners are more than welcome, but those who do not own a guitar or have never played before may only join as accompanying

  • ”Is it possible to participate with friends or bring an accompanying guest?”

    Yes, participating with friends or bringing an accompanying guest is very welcome. Please cherish this valuable time by experiencing it with someone important to you. If you apply for the twin plan (shared room), you can participate at a discount of 10,000 yen per person.

  • ”What items do I need to bring?”

    Guitar, amplifier of 20W or less, attachments, cables, straps, and consumables such as strings. Personal items needed for your stay (towels and toiletries are provided). Please note that bringing large amplifiers is not allowed.

  • ”How many guitars can I bring?”

    You may bring as many guitars as you like into your hotel room; however, only one guitar per person is allowed in each event venue. If you bring multiple guitars, it is recommended to bring one for playing and another for autograph purposes at each venue.

  • "Is it possible to purchase consumable items such as guitar strings, sprays, and cables at the event?"

    There will be no sales of small items at the event, so please bring your own. Especially, be sure to bring spare strings, picks, and similar accessories.

  • "Are rental equipments available?"

    There is a limited number of rental equipment available: Marshall 10W amplifiers for 5,000 yen and guitar stands for 1,000 yen. You can apply for these rentals after your reservation is officially confirmed.

  • "Is participation in the auction limited to event attendees only?"

    Yes, this auction event is exclusively limited to participants of the Boot Camp.

  • "What kind of items will be auctioned?"

    Instruments, accessories, costumes, and other items personally selected and offered by the performing artists will be auctioned. Auction details along with the terms and conditions will be disclosed in advance exclusively to confirmed participants. Please note that the timing of the auction may change due to the artists’ tour schedules and other circumstances. Thank you for your understanding.
